Chocolate Mussel Baklava with Pistachios

It is mussel shaped and has excellent chocolate flavors. It is prepared with semolina cream and has plenty of pistachios in it. It is baked at 170 degrees for extra crunchiness. The various flavors create a great sensation in the mouth. It also contains powdered pistachio and buttercream. Layers of buttery phyllo make it super soft and palatable. At times chocolate sauce is also added for extra flavor. The amount of butter is higher than the sugar. It is a dessert mainly prepared or bought during special occasions and is very popular in the Middle-East.
